Meet Morgan
Hi, I’m Morgan — a special education teacher, ABA graduate student, and the founder of She Shapes Behavior LLC.
My journey began when I was a child, helping my uncle who has special needs learn his numbers and letters. Even in kindergarten, I knew I wanted to become a teacher. That early experience sparked my passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and understanding the “why” behind behavior.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Eastern Illinois University, where I built a strong foundation in individualized instruction and inclusive practices. I later worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Those experiences deepened my love for Applied Behavior Analysis and the meaningful impact it can make in people’s lives.
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College, where I continue to expand my skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and compassionate care.
Through She Shapes Behavior LLC, I strive to bridge the worlds of education and ABA by sharing practical strategies, relatable content, and evidence-based tools that empower teachers, parents, and professionals alike. My goal is to make behavior support approachable, effective, and grounded in kindness — helping others shape behavior with purpose.
I’m so glad you’re here — let’s shape behavior together and create lasting, meaningful change.
